DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

No deposit required, but all credit card info must be entered to schedule appointment. Credit card will be charged a small fee that will come off service to make sure all information is correct. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 75% of service. No call no shows will be charged 100% of service. FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN BLOCKED SERVICES.

Accepted payments: Zelle, Venmo, Credit Cards have a 10% fee if used. CASH PREFERRED.

HOURS

Monday- Wednesday 10am-5pm, Friday 12pm-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm. I will take appointments before and after hours, but there is a $35 fee for non business hour appointments.  I also have 2 different artists in our Lash Haven studio. If my hours do not work for you, please contact a different artist below:

All appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. 

GRACE PERIOD

My appointments are always booked back to back. My fills are one hour long and my full sets are 1.5-2hrs. The amount of time you are late comes off your appointment time.

FOREIGN FILLS

Foreign Fills must be discussed before the appointment or will be rescheduled. Please message me sending a picture of your current set and we will go from there. If the work is clean and can be filled in, we will work with it. Lashes must be CLEAN. I DO NOT WORK FOREIGN FILLS FROM OUT OF STATE ARTISTS. 

HAVING A PROBLEM?

You have 48 to contact with any lash issues. After 48 hours, you will be responsible to pay for a fill or touch up if needed. Willing to work and discuss issues to help resolve any lash problems.
